Rebecca How is the founder of How Consulting and the mind behind The HOW Way™, a leadership approach built on Humour, Ownership and Workability.
With over 15 years of experience across the UK, Middle East and Africa, she’s worked with leaders and teams of all shapes and sizes, helping them unlock real performance through insight, emotional intelligence, and a good dose of humour.
Where it all began
In 2017, after running a leadership course, Rebecca’s participants handed her a thank-you card that simply said: “You are the Bee’s Knees.”
That small moment sparked a big idea. Training doesn’t have to be dull or tick-box. It can be practical, personal, and actually fun.
That’s how How Consulting was born: to help more people and teams be the Bee’s Knees.
